Orientation

On this day, you are given a tour of the area and environs. We provide a tailor-made tour according to your wishes.

Property Search

After a detailed conversation with you, we shall look for residential properties, organise viewings and visit the potential homes together.

This service typically takes two days, but depending on how the current housing market looks, it may take longer or shorter. The aim is to find a suitable house or apartment, which meets all the requirements.

Settling-in

Here we make the necessary registrations with the phone company, television authorities etc. We organise the handing over of the new residence. Transcribe the driver's license and register with the public authorities. We further translate all correspondence from the authorities and assist with buying furniture, etc. We work with various partners, including interior designers and renovators and can assist with the interior decorating, if desired.

School search

We visit the international and bilingual schools in the area and advise our clients on the different issues in regard to international schools in the area. Furthermore, we can also familiarise you with the Swiss school system.

Buy / Rent

Working in collaboration with various architects, we seek the ideal property for you and furnish them according to your wishes.

Bye-Bye Service

We organise a smooth departure, so that you can focus on your personal artefacts and needs.
